PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE, MISLEADING INFORMATION, NO POLICIES - Dominos pizza


I have ordered online from Australia, Melbourne. Trust me, if this thing would have happened with me here in Australia, government would have asked the store to shut down.

Here what happened, with full of frustration I am writing it down to you, taking out my time in night hours at 2.00 am.

I have been ordering pizza from this store for over an year now, out of so many orders, few times delivery got delayed, so that was not the customer's fault, if they deliver the pizza late. My address is right opposite to the store, you cross the road and can reach my home. Still they have delivered my orders late, in the past they have sent me the SORRY letters, however some manager put the note on my account, of not taking the orders from this customer.
I felt ashamed, as if I did something wrong by ordering pizza and if the delivery got late, that was my fault, I went to the store had a word with the manager and asked him about the issue, he apologized and took my order.

Days passed and I tried to order again, however while ordering the pizza, I preferred calling the store and order it over the phone, while I was talking over the phone the CSR on the other end was so rude, I asked for the manager, now this time the manager was so rude, I didnt get that. I didnt order that time, Today there were few guests came to my home in Delhi, I am here in Australia, my girlfriend asked me to order pizza, So I went online and ordered the pizza and paid through my credit card, now the pizza came late by 4 mins, I asked them about the policy of refunding the amount of Rs. 300, however the delivery guy said, sir today it was rush,  as it was wednesday and a promo is going on of buy 1 get 1 free. So we cannot refund the money.

I was surprised, I asked them was it there in the policy, he said yes, I asked him to write down this statement and sign the slip with the note of 4 mins delay. I asked him to wait at my home and in the mean time I called the manager at the store name BIJENDRA, I tried talking to him 3 to 4 times, tried all the no.s on 3 no.s nobody answered, on the no. 01129943968, somebody answered and told me he was in basement, so he transfered my call to the manager, I hold the line for 8 mins first and then 10 mins, nobody answered my phone call. Then I tried all the no.s one by one, I have taken the screenshot of all the no.s I have dialed.

Now I am expecting a call back from someone, within 24 to 48 hours, to solve the issue on my australian no. 61404843777, or just send me mesg on my Indian no. 8826843777, I will give you a call back, or email me at raj91221@gmail.com.

I have kept the receipt and every proof, I got so irritated and frustrated with this service, if I wont get some satisfactory solution, in 24 to 48 hours, I am going to go to the consumer forum, will broadcast this issue to all online media, on twitter and elsewhere, I need an explanation of this pathetic customer service.
