Dominos cancelled order

Placed and order online at Dominos on Pitkin ave in Brooklyn NY. About 2 minutes later someone called to say that due to the fact that it was snowing their drivers were unable to deliver. I missed the call but call dominos back less than 5 mins later. I was informed that because I missed the call my order (which was paid for in advance using a card) was cancelled. The manager whom I spoke with was very rude and and abrupt and hung up on me.
